OLIVERS CONFERENCE ROOM TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. A minimum charge for eight people applies to all full & half day rates.
2. All persons using the room will be charged.
3. VAT is charged at the current rate.
4. When lunch is required, this is two courses per person chosen from our current fixed price lunch menu.
5. Extra course/side orders are charged at the current price.
6. All drinks are charged extra other than tea/coffee & tap water.
7. Accounts must be settled on departure, unless by prior arrangement.
8. Cancellation Policy – A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellation of a booking.

Should less notice be given then the following rates will apply:

48-24 hours notice - 50% of room hire rate will be charged.
Less than 24 hours notice – 100% of room rate will be charged.
